Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or longer where an order has been placed and commercial or tax law requires it. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Cookie consent is stored for 6 months, after which we ask you again.

5. Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting provider, our e-mail provider and – only with your consent – by analytics or advertising providers. Where a provider is located outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
